NIKEiD All Star 2016 Collection Shifts Colors, Recalls Classics
Nike Basketball and Sportswear have plenty of NBA All-Star-inspired heat hitting stores this week, as anticipation for Sunday’s game builds to a crescendo, but that’s not the half of it. There’s a NIKEiD All Star 2016 line-up on tap as well, offering you the chance to build your own instant-classics.
The Air Force 1 (High, Mid and Low), LeBron 13, Kobe 11, and KD 8 comprise NIKEiD’s latest eye-popping collection, which boasts a suite of options including color-shifting iridescent materials, famous graphics and even past All-Star colorways brought back to the future. Note the “Area 72” color scheme on the LeBron 13 for one, borrowed from 2013’s All-Star LeBron 10, or the KD 8 dressed up in 2012’s KD 4 “Galaxy” look.
The NIKEiD All Star 2016 collection launches at the NIKEiD Loft at 548 Richmond Street W. in Toronto starting today, February 9, at noon, and running through Sunday, February 14. Online availability hasn’t been announced yet.
