Nike LunarTempo 2 “Be True” Celebrates Diversity

Celebrating the pursuit of sports by everyone, the equality and democracy of athletics, Nike’s annual #BeTrue collection finds inspiration in the LGBT community. Like in previous years, the 2016 collection is rooted in the rainbow iconography that represents diversity, and nowhere is that more apparent than on the Nike LunarTempo 2 Be True.

The smooth, lightweight runner sports a black geometric print on its upper, contrasted by a multicolored gradient that fades from purple to red across both shoes. “Be True” script adorns the tongue and insole, officially calling out the collection and its inclusive theme.

The Nike LunarTempo 2 Be True is available starting today, June 2, at select retailers nationwide, including Nike.com and the SNKRS app.
